Advisory committee ROLE
The role of the CypressView Land and Cattle Corp. advisory committee is to bring forward unique knowledge and ideas to augment the leadership and skills of the President and CEO and the Executive Director.
In real terms the advisory committee should assist in an annual review of the vision statement, review and improve the growth strategy plan, review the investment profile, study and comment on each of the co-management agreements, review and update CypressView's safety and environmental manual and give overall general advice to enhance the growth and profile of CypressView Land and Cattle Corp.
The advisory committee members are also tasked with bringing forward new ideas and concepts that will enhance the future of CypressView Land and Cattle Corp. They are also responsible to attend regular and annual general meetings at the call of the Chairman of the Board.

Sacha Lingenfelter

Sacha Lingenfelter is a Registered Psychologist who currently works full-time for a school division and runs a private practise business. Prior to becoming a Registered Psychologist she worked as an addictions counsellor, a health centre administrator, and a steel mill purchase coordinator and production scheduler. Sacha grew up on the family farm and has always played an active role in operations. In fact, by the time she was 12 years old, she was operating the swather and tractor/cultivator. She has been acting as a consultant for CVLCC since 2017. In her free time Sacha volunteers in her professional organization and enjoys playing with her daughter, reading, engaging in creative processes, being active outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
