NORTH SHAUNAVON FARM 

This farm includes the original home where the President and CEO of CypressView Land was raised and attended school and graduated from Shaunavon High School and the University of Saskatchewan. Dwain Lingenfelter grew up with his mom, Veronica, dad, Robert, six sisters, Bonnie, Janice, Lynda, Mary, Delana and Cheryl and brothers Gordon and Terry.

This farm has grown and now includes about 13,000 acres of farmland.

​

The North Shaunavon Farm is the center of oil production and CypressView Land has negotiated 70 surface leases with various energy and pipeline companies including Crescent Point Energy, PineCliff Energy, TransCanada Pipeline and Plains Midstream Pipelines.

 

The main resident and head office of CypressView Land and Cattle Corp. is located here at NE 15-09-19 W3rd. 

 

This farm is co-managed by Clark Farms, Twisted Wind Enterprise, Monette Farms and Marvin Gardner.
